What is YAGO?
YAGO is an operational insight workspace designed for teams who need answers now, not after a BI cycle.
It turns CSVs and operational exports into clean, structured, discussion-ready insights in minutes. YAGO is built specifically for operational teams such as airlines, airports, contact centers, ecommerce operations, and quality or performance teams.
YAGO sits between raw data and executive decisions, helping teams understand what's happening, why it's happening, and what to discuss next.
Do I need a data team to use YAGO?
No. YAGO is designed for ops managers, team leaders, analysts, and CX or quality teams, not just data specialists.
If your team already works with Excel or CSV exports, you can use YAGO. Upload a file, review the insights, and share what matters without writing queries or building dashboards.
Does YAGO replace our BI tools?
No. YAGO does not aim to replace enterprise BI platforms where you already have them.
Instead, YAGO sits closer to the teams doing the work, providing fast, tactical insight without waiting for a BI cycle. Many teams use YAGO alongside tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Data & security
Who owns the data I upload?
You do.
YAGO processes your data so you can work with it, but we do not claim ownership. Your data is not shared with other customers and is not used to train models for external use.
You can request data deletion at any time.
Is my data secure?
YAGO uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud storage, and modern best practices to protect your data.
Access to workspaces is controlled at the account and role level, and customer data is logically isolated per workspace.
YAGO is not currently certified for regulated environments such as GDPR or HIPAA. For sensitive or regulated use cases, Enterprise customers can discuss additional controls, data handling assurances, and deployment options.
How long do you keep uploaded files?
Retention depends on your plan and configuration.
Free workspaces may have shorter retention and limited persistence. Pro and Enterprise plans support persisted projects and longer retention. If you need specific retention or deletion rules, we'll configure them with you.

Can I try YAGO for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you experience YAGO without a credit card.
Free access is designed as a guided evaluation experience, using curated demo datasets and pre-configured workspaces so you can explore YAGO's insight generation, explanations, and sharing capabilities.
What happens if we outgrow the Free plan?
You can upgrade to Pro at any time.
Your existing workspaces, insights, and projects remain available, so there's no need to re-upload files or rebuild your analysis.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
Yes, especially for airlines, airport groups, and large contact centers. Reach out via the contact form and we'll discuss a structure that makes sense.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
How does billing work after trial?
If your workspace moves to a paid plan, billing starts on your selected cycle (monthly or annual).
You can cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
When canceled, your access stays active until the end of your current paid period unless stated otherwise in your contract.
When do you approve refunds?
We review refund requests case by case.
Refunds are commonly approved for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or issues required by applicable law.
For active subscription periods, charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Do you provide prorated refunds for unused days?
By default, no. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial usage in a billing period.
If local law requires a different treatment, we follow the applicable rules.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method via our payment partner.
Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How do I request a refund review?
Contact support with your account email, workspace name, and invoice or transaction reference.
To speed up review, submit the request within 7 days of the charge and include a short explanation of the issue.

Which tools can YAGO connect to?
YAGO works primarily with operational exports and CSV pipelines.
For deeper integrations, YAGO can connect to:
- APIs and JSON streams
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Power Automate and Microsoft Teams
- Google Sheets and CSV-based pipelines
Deeper and automated integrations are available under Pro and Enterprise plans.
Can YAGO live inside Microsoft Teams?
Yes.
YAGO can be embedded inside Microsoft Teams as an app surface, allowing teams to explore insights, review dashboards, and discuss findings without switching tools.
